Stay with it and sweat the details.

I have a meeting on Friday with a potential client. I’ve pursued this company since December 2020. I’ve called and left voicemails. I’ve handwritten notes. I even mailed them a copy of my little book on meetings. I included a note with the book that since the CEO was always in a meeting when I called, he might be able to use it. The touch of humor coupled with my persistence scored me a meeting. Then the CEO got COVID and the meeting was kicked down the road…
