Leadership / Grit

Leadership Moment — 29 Apr 21

Grit your teeth and git’er done.

Today is Thursday but I swear it felt like a Monday. Good workout this morning at the track even though it was in the rain. The Army taught me, “if it ain’t raining, it ain’t training!” I still like that mentality, for several reasons.

Lots of distractions going on with our oldest daughter graduating Saturday with her master’s degree. That’s exciting but on Thursday, it’s a distraction.
